Much of the work required by Ensign Homes included planning and overseeing the execution of all infrastructure and specialist projects for a 67 luxury plot development overlooking the Obidos Lagoon. This required lengthy negotiations between the project management team and the local council and coordinating the work of numerous engineers and builders. Our input ensured competitive prices for these infrastructures and work was begun on time allowing the developer to commence the sales of plots at an economical stage of the project. The end product is the most desirable development on the north side of the lagoon.

"We became involved in Portugal in 1995 on a development called Aldeamento Do Lagoa., a 66 plot luxury villa project owned by Ensign Homes, a company we had recently acquired.
