David had acquired a substantial property on a deluxe development and had the foresight to simultaneously acquire an adjoining piece of land. Both the house and land enjoy magnificent views over the Óbidos lagoon and the Ocean and her was keen to maximise the value of this characteristic of his property.

His desire was to create a beautiful pool with associated bar where he could entertain. His own ideas and basic design were worked through by our associate architect and we secured the necessary planning for his development.

The work was costed and awarded to one of several builders with whom we had recently worked and whose quality had impressed us.

The end result was as beautiful as David had hoped and was delivered within budget and on time.

The proof of the pudding as far as this project goes is most definitely in the eating as David has held many splendid, already-legendary dinner parties in the pool bar. The pleasure he gains from the end-product of the project is clear for all to see.
